Processing

The yellowfins are cleaned and processed at the Sun Tuna Barge, which has an EU certified packing facility. The Sun Tuna Barge, which is docked near the capital Malé, provides and exellent location for our boats to dock, offload, process and pack the yellowfins.

The packed tuna are then brought to Malé International Airport, which is few kilometers away (20 minutes by boat from the barge) and send by airfright to our customers.
